Dr. Lisa Borello

Dr. Lisa Borello is the Director of Program Alignment in the Office of Civil Rights & Title IX at KU Medical Center and leads belonging efforts on the Kansas City, Salina and Wichita campuses. Lisa has spent more than 20 years working in both public and private higher education in a variety of roles ranging from policy development and program management to grant administration and overseeing student success initiatives. As a medical sociologist, she researches gender and technologies of the body, and the representation and advancement of historically excluded groups in STEM.
