Restorative Justice Training

Restorative Justice Practices Training offers staff and faculty a structured, relationship‑centered approach to creating positive workplace and classroom communities while effectively addressing behavior. The ultimate aim of restorative practices is to foster environments where people are happier, more cooperative, and more productive. Individuals are more likely to make meaningful changes in their behavior when those in positions of authority work with them—rather than to them or for them. Staff and faculty who are interested in strengthening their facilitation skills, deepening relationships, and contributing to a more supportive and accountable school or work culture are encouraged to participate in this training.
