Unit RISE Goals

Introduction

While the University has shown some improvement on key metrics around access and success, there is still much work to be done to help KU be the exceptional learning community we strive to be.

To ensure a process of focused, proactive, and continuous improvement, the Office of Civil Rights & Title IX tracks progress and supports annual RISE Strategic Goals for every academic, administrative, and affiliate unit on campus.

Many Offices and Schools have unit-level strategic plans which align with University strategic priorities, mission, vision, and values. While all units’ plans are attuned to institutional priorities, it is worthwhile to specifically name the goals that promote health & vibrant communities via the RISE Framework. Each unit’s RISE goals are listed in the table below: note that the table allows sorting by column as well as searching for key words. Through collaboration with committees, campus partners, and unit leadership, Impact Advisors lead actions to accomplish their RISE Goals.

To learn more about their specific efforts, you should contact your unit’s Impact Advisor. To learn more about these topics and get ideas for taking action, visit the RISE Toolkit.

To opt out of having RISE goals listed on this webpage, Impact Advisors can submit an online request form.
