Biography —
Molly joined the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX in 2021. As an EEO/Title IX Investigator, she investigates reported violations of KU’s harassment and discrimination policies. Prior to her current role at the University of Kansas, Molly worked as an attorney. During law school, Molly served as president of the LGBTQIA+ group OUTLaws, volunteered with the Midwest Innocence Project, and interned with an indigent defense organization. Prior to law school, she worked as a 911 dispatcher for the University of Kansas. She is a Lawrence native and KU graduate.
