Erin Duran

Erin Duran (he, him, his) is a proud first-generation college student and earned his bachelor’s degree at Grinnell College. While there, Erin was an involved student leader and found a love for higher education that led him to Penn State for his graduate studies.

Erin has worked professionally in higher education since 2012, with a particular focus on serving historically and systemically underrepresented communities. Prior to joining KU in 2021, Erin most recently served as Interim Dean of Institutional Equity and Inclusion at Connecticut College, providing strategic leadership to the Division of Institutional Equity and Inclusion during a time of much institutional transition.
