Biography —
Dorris joined the KUMC Office of Equal Opportunity and Academic Compliance (EOAC) in 2020, and became a member of the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX when the office became a One University Office in January 2023. As an EOAC Director, Dorris investigates reported violations of KUMC’s harassment and discrimination policies. Dorris manages the Affirmative Action Program, facilitates Mediations and Anti-Discrimination Training. Prior to her current role at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Dorris worked as an Employee Relations Manager at the University of Colorado Hospital.
